How do we book?

Complete the information on the Booking page or e-mail us at enquiries@orangegrovesvilla.com or ring on +44 (0)1924 375184 telling us the dates you would like to book and contact details and we will get right back to you.

The villa is well equipped with cable televisions and DVD players and there are a number of films available.  DVDs can also be hired from the local Blockbuster or bought cheaply from Walmart! The Den includes a playstation 2 and games together with a number of traditional board games and books. There is a PC with free high speed internet access, and a Wi-Fi wireless network is also installed in the villa if you wish to bring your laptop. A small number of toys are provided for our younger guests.

We would recommend pool heating from October through to April, particularly if you are planning to swim late in the evenings. Please request this at the time of booking. If you arrive and decide to have the pool heated then please accept that it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat the pool and you are invoiced from the day it is turned on. Pool Heating is charged at £90 per week.

Is the villa suitable for guests with young children?

The villa has many facilities to make a stay with young children very safe and easy. We have 2 travel cots with bedding, bed rails, a stair gate, highchairs, strollers (pushchairs), steriliser, bottle warmer, plastic crockery, pool toys and flotation aids. The pool area has a safety fence, although children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.

The kitchen is fitted with all major appliances and an adequate supply of dishes and cutlery to satisfy the needs of the number of people in the villa. You may not find all cooking equipment required to cook large meals (e.g. baking dishes or roasting pans), remember that mum is on holiday too!

How do we locate and enter the property?

About 2 weeks before you depart, we will send you details of how to get to the villa from the airport. We will also send you details of the keybox and house alarm codes.

Do we need to bring towels?

All linen and house towels are provided, however, we do ask that towels are not removed from the villa and therefore you will need your own beach towels if you intend to visit local water parks or beaches.
